Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Lost/Stolen Packages

Petail Online Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. Shipping Options, Exclusions & Conditions


A signature is required to receive all deliveries unless ATL has been provided. (see below)
Home Delivery service is not applicable to P.O.Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
Free shipping calculations are based on the total amount payable for your order (excluding shipping costs) .
Flat rate, capped, same day delivery, or free shipping promotions exclude certain bulky items including, but not limited to; kennels, coops, hutches, carriers and large pet beds. Excluded products will be highlighted in your shopping cart and on product pages.
Deliveries (free or otherwise) will be shipped via a carrier of our choosing, currently either Aramex or Couriers Please Couriers, and can only be extended to areas reachable through these carriers which may exclude extremely remote locations. If you are unsure about your location you may contact us prior to ordering. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be delivered at reasonable cost.
Home Delivery will be shipped via our cooperate drivers. The driver will attempt to deliver your order for ONCE. If you fail to received your order (your are not home for the agreeing time, didn’t open the door for driver, wrong address typed in, driver could not reach you), you will be CHARGED Extra $10.00 for second attempt of delivery for parcel over 20kg or 100L (You can also choose to collect from our warehouse).
Please ensure suitable provisions are in place to handle your delivery when it arrives. Our freight costs do not cover instances whereby the driver cannot complete delivery due to unforeseen problems preventing delivery.
For Home Delivery service, please check the quantity and conditions of your item as soon as our driver deliver the parcel to you. If you find out any fragile item was damage, wrong product delivered and wrong quantity delivered, please confirm with the driver. We will not provide refund and exchange for damaged of fragile item or wrong product shipped without your confirmation with the driver (ONLY for Home Delivery).
For delivery via carriers, please check the quantity and conditions of your item within 24 hours after you received your order. If you find out any fragile item was damage, wrong product delivered and wrong quantity delivered, please confirm with our customer service team member on petail.petshop@gmail.com with 24 hours. We will not provide refund and exchange for damaged of fragile item or wrong product shipped after 24 hours the date that the product is delivered to your nominated delivery address (ONLY for delivery via carriers).

 

Authority to Leave (ATL) 

Although we do not recommend leaving orders unattended when not home to accept delivery, you may request this service with any delivery. You may do this by placing a short note or tick the box of ATL in the checkout process.

Please Note:
By choosing to provide the carrier with ATL, or by selecting 'Safe Drop', we will NOT be able to offer any further assistance if your order is lost or subsequently goes missing after it has been deemed delivered by the carrier. The associated risk in leaving parcels unattended is borne by the customer.

Additional Fees 

If we incur extra delivery charges as a result of your action or inaction (Including, but not limit to wrong address provided, no one is at the delivery address to receive the NOT ATL parcel which is over 20kg or 100L, delivery driver cannot access your building and no one answer the phone to receive the parcel which is over 20kg or100L, driver cannot access your building and return the parcel to deport but no one collect the parcel which cause the parcel return to us), these may be passed on to you at our discretion.

For delivery via carriers, if the parcel return to us as a result of your action or inaction (Including, but not limit to wrong address provided, no one is at the delivery address to receive the NOT ATL parcel, delivery driver cannot access your building for ATL parcels, driver cannot access your building and return the parcel to deport but no one collect the parcel which cause the parcel return to us), we will charge additional fee for second shipment, or you can collect from the warehouse that ship out your parcel.

Please note:
We will NOT provide REFUND for the parcel returned as a result of your action or inaction (Including, but not limit to wrong address provided, no one is at the delivery address to receive the NOT ATL parcel, delivery driver cannot access your building for ATL parcels, driver cannot access your building and return the parcel to deport but no one collect the parcel which cause the parcel return to us). But we will provide refund for faulty goods.

Bulky / Oversize Deliveries

Flat rate, capped, same day delivery, and free shipping promotions exclude certain bulky items including, but not limited to; kennels, coops, hutches, carriers, large pet beds and order over 100L. Excluded products will be shown on the product detail pages.

If your order contains a bulky item that has been excluded from our free shipping or capped price options, your order will be shipped by Aramex and Courier Please with a cost based on the size, weight and number of items you have ordered. Our customers service team member will contact you directly for these additional shipping costs for this service.
